Benefits of Regular Exercise

There are so many benefits of exercising regularly. Here are some of them. Exercise can:

1. Strengthen muscles

2. Lower body fat percentage

3. Strengthen bones and joints

4. Release “feel good” endorphins to make you feel happier

5. Create a Sense of accomplishment

6. Lower risk of chronic disease (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease)

7. Boost metabolism

8. Increase energy levels

9. Improve memory and brain function

10. Improves sleep quality

These are just some of the benefits of exercising. Aim for at least 150 minutes of exercise per week and you may be able to experience all of these things!
