Coaching
As coaches we ensure that each exercise is done properly. We avoid injuries and maximize the benefit of each motion. We also ensure that you do the right amount of each exercise; too little won’t bring about change, and too much will slow down your rate of improvement.
According to a study conducted by Virginia Polytech University, when you add weekly accountability to an exercise program, you are increasing the likelihood of sticking to your exercise program by 2200%! There is no better form of accountability than having a trained Impact Fitness Coach on your schedule each week and waiting for you with a personalized plan designed for your success. You see, a personal coach is the real secret to your success and finally getting the results you’ve always wanted!

This is why our clients have found having an appointment to workout and fit exercise into their life is very important to making sure they do what’s necessary to take care of themselves. If you’re busy too, then it’s even more important that you DO make time for exercise so you can have more energy and be able to handle the demands of a hectic schedule. Plus, as you progress and your energy level increases, you will find that you are more productive with what you do. When you are getting more done in less time, you actually end up with MORE free time! In fact, having a set appointment will make it easy for you to get in and out of the studio efficiently. Nutrition is a MAJOR piece of getting in shape, improving your health or accelerating your performance results. In fact, it’s the foundation of everything when it comes to ramping up your metabolism, getting your body to burn fat, build muscle, strength and getting maximum performance in your workouts. We spend a lot of time working with all our clients on this aspect of their program. When we begin working together we’ll schedule a special nutrition consultation with you to design a nutrition program that works for you. But don’t worry, you won’t be starved for food or anything like that. Most of our clients end up eating MORE than they used to, but now with healthier choices of foods. We’ll also spend time reviewing the importance of nutritional supplementation with you. It’s important that you fill in the voids in what you’re not getting from your diet, and always have good nutrition options that are balanced, convenient, and easy to prepare- so you keep your “metabolic fire” burning! For the athlete, we have to maximize your workout peformance, game time performance, and recovery. All critical aspects to achieving your next level goals.
